Parade orientation
All participants are required to have at least one representative attend a mandatory parade orientation and information meeting during the week prior to the parade. The meeting will cover lineup procedures, parade protocol, working the crowd, safety and liability issues, and post parade procedures. Organizations that do not send a representative to this meeting will not be permitted to participate. Entry fees will not be refunded!
Parade Orientation Meetings have been scheduled for the following times:
Monday, October 6, 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Northside Aztlan Community Center, 112 E. Willow, Fort Collins CO 80524
Thursday, October 9, 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Lory Student Center, Virginia Dale Room
